Returns & Exchange Policy
At Devashish Enterprise, we take care to deliver quality medical scrubs and healthcare apparel that meet professional standards. If you face an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
✓ Return Eligibility
Products can be returned only if they meet the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice are intact.
× Non-Returnable Products
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Customised or embroidered products, including logo, name, department, or institution branding.
- Bulk or institutional orders made as per specific requirements.
- Products returned without original packaging, tags, or invoice.
- Items purchased during special clearance or final sale campaigns, if mentioned at the time of purchase.
↻ Size Exchange
If you have ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Shipping charges for size exchanges may be applicable.
₹ Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit, as applicable.
! Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
🚚 Return Shipping
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by Devashish Enterprise. For size exchanges or customer-initiated returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
✦ Customised & Bulk Orders
Customised and bulk orders are made specifically as per the customer’s requirement. These orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product has been delivered.
⌫ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible. For customised or bulk orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
