Customisation
Yes, you can add embroidery such as your name, department, logo, or specific customisation instructions on selected products.
No, embroidered or customised products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns & Exchange
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for all non-customised orders, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and has its tags intact.

Embroidery products, used or washed items, products without tags, and sale-event orders are not eligible for return. Sale-event orders can only be exchanged as per policy.
