Request a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for eligible, non-customised orders. Customised or embroidered products are not eligible unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Before You Submit

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and have its original tags attached.
  • Customised or embroidered products cannot be returned for size, colour, preference, or change-of-mind reasons.
  • Customised products may be reviewed only if received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Sale products cannot be returned but may be eligible for exchange.
  • Approval is required before a reverse pickup is scheduled.

What happens next?

  1. Your order and product eligibility will be verified.
  2. Your request will be saved as pending approval.
  3. Our team will approve or reject the request.
  4. After approval, reverse-pickup details will be shared with you.
Customised or embroidered products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Your customised-product request can be submitted for review because you selected an eligible exception reason. Approval is not guaranteed, and supporting photos may be requested.
