At Devashish Enterprise, every product is made with care and checked before dispatch. Since our products include healthcare apparel, uniforms, scrubs, and customisation-based orders, our refund and return policy is designed to ensure hygiene, quality, and order accuracy.

Returns & Exchanges

Products can be considered for return or exchange only if:

• The product received is damaged.
• The product received is defective.
• The wrong product, size, colour, or quantity has been delivered.
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To raise a return or exchange request, please contact our team with your order details, product images, and a brief description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Customised or embroidered products.
• Products with hospital, clinic, department, name, logo, or branding personalisation.
• Products that have been used, washed, altered, or worn.
• Products without original packaging or tags.
• Bulk or institutional orders, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or order mismatch.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or replacement as applicable.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing timelines.

Exchange Process

If an exchange is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

For size-related exchanges, approval will depend on product condition, availability, and whether the product is a standard non-customised item.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear product images
• Packaging images
• Description of the issue

Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched.

Customised, embroidered, bulk, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
